Bob Stel is a hybrid art director by trade with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a creative with strategic instincts and good taste, he enjoys working closely with clients and his teams to solve business challenges with creative work, traditional or non traditional.
Right after finishing his Master degree at art school, He began his career by co-founding Crabsalad. Based in Amsterdam, Crabsalad began as a multidisciplinary production company. Over the span of a decade, their capabilities grew and we become one of Amsterdam’s best one stop shops for modern brands.
As an Founding partner, Creative Director, Director, Designer, Illustrator he worked closely clients like Nike SB, Converse, MTV, Monster Energy Drink and Vice Magazine. After shaping and co-leading Crabsalad, He decided it was time for a change and moved abroad first to Portland, OR to work as a designer Sr. Designer at Nike fuelled PeetKegler via Translation LLC as lead creative for Apple Music to his current desk at Anomaly in New York.
